SMS Terms and Consent
Effective August 16, 2026
This page explains how SMS text messaging works when you interact with a gym that uses Zentro, and applies to any phone number that receives messages from a Zentro-powered system.
1. What You're Consenting To
When you submit a form, call, or otherwise inquire with a gym that uses Zentro, and provide your phone number, you may receive SMS text messages related to your inquiry or membership — including responses to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up messages, and reactivation or win-back messages if you were previously a lead or member.
2. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions (for example, more messages around a scheduled appointment, fewer once your inquiry is resolved). Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
3. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message that you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the gym directly.
4. No Purchase Required
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any membership or service.
5. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
6. How Client Gyms Must Collect Consent
Gyms using Zentro must clearly disclose, at the point of collecting a phone number (website form, sign-up sheet, verbal request, etc.), that the number may be used to send SMS messages related to the inquiry or membership, and must not obtain phone numbers through misleading means. This is a required part of each gym's intake process with Zentro.
7. Contact
Questions about SMS messages you've received can be directed to the gym that sent them, or to team@zentroautomations.com.
