Acceptable Use Policy

Effective August 16, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Zentro clients and anyone accessing the Zentro Gym platform. It exists to keep the platform reliable, lawful, and respectful of the people gyms communicate with.

1. Prohibited Uses

Client may not use Zentro to:

  • ·Send messages to anyone who has not consented to receive them
  • ·Send messages after a contact has opted out, unsubscribed, or requested no further communication
  • ·Make false, misleading, or deceptive claims about products, services, pricing, or results
  • ·Harass, threaten, or send abusive content to any contact
  • ·Send unsolicited bulk messages unrelated to a contact's own inquiry or membership
  • ·Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or the platform's eligibility checks
  • ·Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including violation of telemarketing, SMS, or data-privacy laws
  • ·Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the platform's infrastructure

2. Required Consent and Opt-Out Handling

Client is responsible for obtaining proper consent before Zentro contacts a lead or member on Client's behalf, consistent with our SMS Terms and Consent page. Every workflow must honor an opt-out, unsubscribe request, or human-handoff request immediately.

3. Accurate Representation

AI-generated messages must accurately represent Client's real business information — hours, pricing, current offers, and policies. Client is responsible for keeping this information current in the platform.

4. Words and Claims the AI Must Never Use

During onboarding, each Client specifies words, claims, or promises the AI must never use (for example, unqualified health or medical claims, or guaranteed-results language). Zentro enforces these restrictions at the platform level.

5. Emergency and Escalation Situations

Client specifies, during onboarding, which situations require immediate escalation to a human (for example, a medical concern, a complaint, or a legal matter). Zentro's AI is designed to hand off honestly rather than guess in situations outside its configured scope.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in warning, suspension, or termination of service, at Zentro's discretion, depending on severity. Zentro will make reasonable efforts to notify Client of a violation before suspending service, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm or legal exposure.

This policy is provided as a general template and does not constitute legal advice. Zentro Automations recommends having this document reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on it as a complete or final legal policy.
