We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone number, business information you submit through forms or the client platform), information collected automatically (pages visited, device and browser information, general usage analytics), and information exchanged through Zentro-powered conversations (SMS, email, or voice messages between a lead/member and a Zentro client's AI system).

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• ·Operate and improve the Zentro Gym platform
• ·Respond to leads and members on behalf of our gym clients, as configured by each client
• ·Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and related communications
• ·Provide customer support and account management
• ·Analyze usage to improve reliability and performance
• ·Comply with legal obligations

3. Zentro's Role as a Service Provider

When you interact with a gym that uses Zentro (for example, by texting a gym or filling out a lead form), Zentro processes your information as a service provider on behalf of that gym. The gym controls what information is collected, how it is used for its own business purposes, and how long it is retained, subject to the terms of its agreement with Zentro.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

• ·With the gym client whose lead or member the information relates to
• ·With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., hosting, messaging, and calendar providers), under contractual confidentiality obligations
• ·When required by law, subpoena, or legal process
• ·In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, with notice where required

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the platform to our clients, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Gym clients may request deletion of their contact data subject to applicable law and their agreement with Zentro.

7. Your Choices

8. Children's Privacy

Zentro Gym is intended for use by adults inquiring about or managing gym memberships. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
